Twenty seats. They close on Monday 7 September.

We are opening our doors to a small group of founding members. This is a personal invitation to join our beta, test the platform, and help shape our core mission without the noise.

Full-body character cutout of Hattie

You are seeing this because I asked you to

I’m sharing this link directly with a small group of operators whose judgment I trust. You've navigated the exact operational bottlenecks we're trying to solve, and your candid feedback is more valuable to me than a thousand anonymous beta signups. There’s no marketing list or broad launch here—just a quiet invitation to those who know this problem intimately.

About eleven hours, across two months, at the worst possible time of year

We know this is a significant request. You will need to dedicate approximately 11 hours to exploring the tool, testing its boundaries, and providing honest feedback over an eight-week window. We recognize this falls during an intensely busy season, and we deeply respect the investment of time and energy this requires.

You are the only person who knows how anything in your business works

Every time a new task needs doing, the team turns to you. Not because they aren't capable, but because the specific nuances, the exact context, and the accumulated history of how to do it right live entirely in your head.

You've tried to delegate. You've written scattered docs, recorded quick videos, and spent hours explaining on calls. Yet somehow, the work still bounces back, incomplete or slightly off. It often feels like it would be faster to just do it yourself.

So you do. And in doing so, you remain the bottleneck. The business can only grow as fast as your personal capacity allows, making the very idea of scaling feel less like freedom and more like a looming threat.

Your PMS runs your bookings. ToolWYZE runs your business.

What it handles

Owner acquisition and relationship pipeline management.

Standard operating procedures and team delegation.

Business growth systems outside the calendar.

What it leaves to your PMS

Dynamic pricing and revenue management.

Guest messaging and booking calendars.

Trust accounting and operational bookkeeping.

The tools, and the honest state of each one

The inbox sifter

Automatically categorizes incoming emails, separating urgent requests from newsletters and cold outreach.

Status: Live and reliable. It successfully catches 95% of noise, though occasionally flags legitimate invoices as low priority.

The calendar coordinator

Negotiates meeting times based on your defined boundaries, handling the back-and-forth scheduling ping-pong.

Status: Live but rigid. It schedules perfectly but struggles if the invitee proposes a time outside your pre-approved slots.

The action item extractor

Scans email threads and transcripts to build a concise checklist of tasks you actually need to do.

Status: In beta. It finds the tasks, but sometimes splits a single complex project into too many granular steps.

The gatekeeper auto-reply

Sends polite, context-aware declines to requests that violate your personal boundaries or time commitments.

Status: Early testing. The tone can occasionally skew a bit too blunt. We are actively refining the empathy parameters.

The daily digest compiler

Rolls up non-urgent communications into a single, scannable briefing delivered at your preferred time.

Status: Live and proven. Consistently reduces context switching by holding back the noise until you are ready for it.

The list I would rather you saw now than found later

This beta is exactly that—a beta. Before you commit your time and trust to this system, you deserve to know exactly what is still under construction.

Beta conclusion and feedback

This beta is a short, focused sprint. We respect your time, so we’ve designed a schedule that gives you enough room to explore the tool without overwhelming your calendar.

Your feedback during these six weeks will directly shape the public release.

Who this is right for, and who it is not

We want to ensure ToolWYZE provides immediate, tangible value. The beta program is strictly designed for a specific type of operator.

It suits you if...

  • You self-manage a dedicated portfolio of 3 to 35 properties.
  • You are a hands-on owner who prioritizes direct tenant relationships.
  • You want to consolidate operations instead of juggling disconnected tools.
  • You appreciate simple, paper-like clarity over dense dashboards.

It does not suit you if...

  • You manage fewer than 3 properties, or scale well beyond 35 units.
  • You outsource entirely to a third-party property management agency.
  • You are looking for an automated enterprise suite or complex integrations.
  • You merely need a public marketplace to list your upcoming vacancies.

You are seeing this because I asked you to

I am reaching out to you specifically because of our shared understanding of the short-term rental industry. Over the past 19 years managing properties and building Cottage Link, I’ve experienced firsthand the exact operational bottlenecks and communication gaps that software vendors often overlook.

I didn't send this invitation to a massive mailing list. You are seeing this because I respect your approach to property management, and I believe your insights are exactly what we need to ensure this tool genuinely serves the people doing the work.

Questions

What platforms does the tool currently support?

Currently, the beta is optimized for web browsers on desktop environments. Native mobile applications and desktop clients are on our roadmap for later this year.

How is my data stored and protected during the beta?

All beta data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored in secure, isolated containers. We do not use your beta data to train our public models.

Can I export my configurations if I choose to leave?

Yes. You can download all your settings, workflows, and raw data in standard JSON or CSV formats at any time from your account settings.

Are there any limits on API usage during this phase?

During the beta, API calls are rate-limited to 500 requests per minute to ensure stability across all instances. We will re-evaluate this limit as we scale.

How frequently will updates be pushed to my instance?

We deploy updates weekly, typically on Tuesday mornings. Major schema changes will be communicated via email at least 48 hours in advance.

Is two-factor authentication available yet?

Yes. We support standard TOTP authenticator apps. We strongly encourage all testers to enable 2FA immediately upon account creation.

What is the expected uptime SLA during the beta?

While we strive for high availability, this is a beta environment. We do not offer a formal uptime SLA at this stage and expect occasional, brief maintenance windows.

How do I report a critical bug if the system goes down?

You will be provided with a direct email address to our engineering team upon onboarding. Critical issues are monitored around the clock.

FINAL STEP

Ask for a seat

We are currently accepting a limited number of participants who match our ideal profile. Please provide a little context about your current workflow so we can ensure ToolWYZE is the right fit. We review every request personally and will reach out if there is an opening.
